Jo Bennett-Coles Joins FGI as Managing Director
New York, NY, May 7, 2015 – David DiPiero, president and CEO of FGI (www.FGIWW.com), announced today that Jo Bennett-Coles has joined the firm as managing director. In this position, Ms. Bennett-Coles will be responsible for the expansion of marketing for FGI’s UK and European operations, generating deal flow and sustaining relationships with clients and industry professionals.
For over five years, FGI UK, which is headquartered in London, has been bringing UK & European banks, asset based lenders, private equity sponsors and debt advisory teams boutique financial and risk service products to grow business, overcome deal challenges and manage risk. These include well-developed cross border ABL capabilities and the unique T.R.U.S.T.™ credit insurance program. “We have worked with Ms. Bennett-Coles for many years and I am thrilled that she has joined our team,” says David DiPiero. “Her experience, industry knowledge and innovative style will be an incredible addition to our global efforts.”
Ms. Bennett-Coles brings a decade of experience handling risk in the commercial finance and asset based lending industry, and over 25 years in management and entrepreneurship. “I am delighted to be joining the dynamic and innovative team at FGI,” says Ms. Bennett-Coles. “I look forward to expanding FGI’s relationships, reach and niche capabilities in the UK and Europe.”
Prior to joining FGI, Ms. Bennett-Coles was Managing Director at Atlantic Risk Management Services for nine years where she managed numerous projects from workout to due diligence in the UK, Europe and the Far East. Before that, Ms. Bennett-Coles was founder and director of NB Resources Limited, served as director and company secretary for LCS Services limited and worked as an assistant solicitor at Stitt & Co. where she qualified in 1990.
