Transom Capital Group (“Transom”), an operations-focused middle market private equity firm based in Los Angeles, CA, acquired the Bose Professional Division from Bose Corporation in 2023. Committed to continuing Bose Professional’s focus on supporting the professional audio customer and developing standout technologies and products, Transom reached out to FGI to provide a credit facility that would support the company’s working capital needs and future growth.
